![]() Personal Assistant to the Chief executive As the personal assistant to the Chief executive of HE-Spyker Mobile, you will be responsible for handling the flow of information. You will be responsible for representing the office at meetings or events with the CEO or even presenting prepared information on behalf of him when he cannot be available him selves. Commercial character is a must, sales and making offers to potential clients is a real day job. Enthusiastic, flexible, stress resistant as well as organized and administrative skills are exactly how you would describe your personality. The CEO needs to travel and is often out of office. You should be able to arrange sales trips for his visits in and also abroad Europe. Furthermore when he is at the office you must be able to switch in a split second handling the chores on first demand. You will be requested to handle confidential information and must be able to work with sensitive information in the most professional manner. You will be required to relay information accurate through phone conversations, messages, emails and other forms of communication. You do have excellent communication skills in at least Dutch and English, both verbally and in written form, should be very organized and logical, and should be able to multi-task and work on several big and small projects at one time. You have to maintain records of all documentation, file materials, manage data entry and even set up databases and other relevant data information. Word processing skills, spreadsheet and database experience is also essential. Common work activities include: Sales and commercial activities; making offers and signal function to the market Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages or other forms of communication.
